S³Forge is operated by Sam Stearns, with the help of his 2 brothers. Sam obtained his Associate in Engineering Science from OCC in 2019, and went on to get his Bachelor’s in Industrial & Systems Engineering from UB in 2022. Sam brings an engineering mindset into his blade design and smithing, using CAD, CAM, and 3DPrinting to create fixtures, innovative geometries, and robust edge profiles for his Swords and Knives.
